Does anyone have a spare spanner tool to use on Strider knives, that they wanna sell to me?? Or know of a website that has them in stock? Nobody has any in stock.

Thanks guys

I got mine from Monkey Depot and I'm pretty sure they have some in stock. It worked well, but honestly you really don't need to take Striders apart. All I do now is rinse the knife down, drop some lube down near the pivot area and call it good. Striders don't like to be taken apart and they don't like to go back together. I'm not sure why, they just never seem to fit up the way they come from Strider. Your mileage may vary.

Go to your local bike store and buy this for $4: Parktool Chainring Nut Wrench

I did need to use my Leatherman Charge to do some light filing (took about 1 minute), but works perfectly.

You may still want to get one of the cool expensive spanner tools, but at least you will have something to use until those are in stock.
