Spare Sheaths and Options

Hey all,
I guess this one is directed at the CR crew...
The catalog does not list spare sheaths and optional acessory sheaths...
how much do they cost? how often are they available, and what options can we choose?

Found stuff listed on the price list (like small sebenza cordura sheath) that don't show up on accessory page. Not a lot of stuff, but found the sheath I was looking for.

I just ordered a Shadow IV sheath for my Mountaineer II. The price was
$42 plus $4 shipping ( in US). I live in Europe, so I have payed more shipping.
