Spark - a new prefix?

A question came up in Wilderness and Survival Skills and now again in the knifemaker's area that I think could be handled by a new General Purpose prefix: Health & Safety.

I think Gen. Purp. would be best because other areas like Balisongs and Himalayan Imports also have specifically safety issues to cover.

i think its a good idea and it could keep a noob from getting hurt or from coming up with a dangerous idea.
