Spark: Bought a Gold membership for friend - need help getting it to show up for him?

I went through the system and bought a Gold membership for a friend. Got a confirmation email on the 16th from OSKS but he hasn't been able to make it show up for him? What do we need to do to get him squared away? I plugged in his username where prompted, etc.

If you paid through PayPal, Spark has to enter it manually. Takes a couple of days.

Go to Paid subscriptions at http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/payments.php
See if there is a Gold member option when you try to change your usergroup. If so, click it. If not, try again later.
