Spark: Bought subscription, needs activation please

As per C's email to me I have posted here to sparc:
I was gifted a maker subscription that was purchased on 11/14/15 from onestopknifeshop, receipt #82631.
I have been unable to change my user group to maker. Could you please activate and notify me with appropriate instructions. Thank you
 
Spark is the only one who can activate it. I edited the title to help catch his attention.
