There has been an idea floating around in the Chris Reeve Forum for quite some time now. The Idea is to create a Sub-Forum for CRK on the Exchange like we have for Buck and Busse.

Spark, on behalf of all of us in the Chris Reeve Forums, please consider this as we believe that it will be a very welcome addition to the best knife forum site in the world.

I would like this very much myself..

It needs to have enough CRK traffic to justify it's own exchange area.
 
I believe that the traffic would be there. In the For Sale Forum alone there seems to be, at a minimum, 3-4 new CRK listings per day (probably more). The Trade and Canadian Exchange also has very frequent CRK listings as well. By combining the two (For Sale and Trade) it should be a busy forum. If this is something that BF would be willing to try out on a probationary basis, I am sure it would prove to be successful.

Just bought a Mnandi from the Exchange.

Eleven pages and this great idea is still floating?

I like the idea. The traffic might not always be there but maybe if it was the "trifecta" bst, (even though I don't prefer the other two) that might work well.
 
I think a CRK sub forum is a no brainer considering how popular everything they make is. I would contribute to it!
 
I have several CRK's. The first knives I look for on the for sale, for trade, and want to buy are always CRK's.

I go to BF almost everyday. I think a CRK sub forum would be a Great Idea. It would be a lot easier for all

the CRK addicts. :D:thumbup:
 
I think this would be great. I also only look on the exchange for CRK, about 95% of the time. And, a good chunk of the Exchange traffic seems to be CRK - which is great, but this would help me to not spend so much time digging through all the other knives I'm not interested in =)
 
I sort through everything in the exchange for CRK's. As a buyer and seller I think it would benefit both sides of the house. As a seller you'd get more direct exposure to serious buyers. As a buyer you could keep up easier with the new listings. I've subscribed to the Folders For Sale thread before just so I wouldn't miss a good deal on a Sebenza. All the notifications for Spydercos and benchmades get tiring.
 
I'll certainly visit this sub forum often, it'll be easier to look for CRK.

I would find it nearly impossible to think that Busse, which has their own, would have more traffic than CRK. Of course, I've been wrong a time or two before :)
