Spark, Gold membership help

Hello, bought gold membership using pp on the 17th. went to settings upper right then to permission groups, but it says no groups available. Please help transaction # 74D11184j1207393m

Hey rm, I'm guessing that means that Brother Spark has not processed your purchase yet or something like that, but I'm just not sure how that works. Its usually pretty fast. Hang in there and it will happen!
 
Edit your first post to include your transaction number.
Verify that your payment went through.
If you paid by e-check it can take a long time to clear, depending on the bank that is used.
 
Thank you rev i have added trans # I paid with pay pal which states it could take 3 days. It has now been 10.

Something I ran into with PayPal a while back was my credit card that was listed for back up funding had expired (actually, it had gone past the original expiration date listed but had been renewed, but they didn't know that) so instead of Instant Transfer payments I was making E-check payments. Instead of taking a few minutes to clear, payments would take a week to ten days to clear, so you might want to check what kind of payment you made. I would also be willing to bet that Spark is really busy at this time of year, so hang in there.
