Spark, Gold Membership not activated since April 21.

I have purchased a gold membership from OneStopKnifeShop.com on 21 Apr , few days later I received a email saying that my order has been billed and shipped. However, I still remain as a registered user even after so many days have passed.

Can somebody help me please? Thanks

You're right, your profile does not show private messaging enabled, so it's not just a Membership Group issue.
Spark will need to check into this. I edited the thread title to get his attention.
 
Got it, don't know what happened to this.
