I know your busy and all but.
How about a change over from Gold membership to Knifemaker, PLEASE, (with your favorite topping on it).
I tried your 1-866-289-1757 number and it doesn't work from Canada. I'm to cheap to call on the regular phone line, hope this will do.
Might be other Canadian makers that have tried to get ahold of you on the above phone number and can't.
