Spark: Help with Prorating membership

Just wondering how to go about getting my membership prorated. I upgraded to knife maker but still had 5 months of gold and was told i could get a prorate so i didnt lose out on the extra months.

I have tried PM'ing Spark, that was 18 days ago, but i have not gotten a reply and no change to my membership start and end date.

Is there something else i should do?

I sent an email and a PM back in November but still have not heard anything back by email or PM.
 
You should have seen the prorate added on, nothing would have happened that I know of aside from your membership time being extended. Did that happen?
 
No that didnt happen, the membership start and end date is still the same as when i paid for the membership.
 
He will get to it, I'm searching for others that have fallen to the back. He always comes through and adds a little something extra for the inconvenience when things fall through.
 
Ok thank you, and no worries. I seen the other thread where it said to keep it bumped so he would see it when he is online so thats the only reason i was bumping it.

I appreciate all that you guys do!
