Go to settings on the top right. On the left go to permission groups then you should be able to change it from there.
 
J, pm the tech support, they'll fix you up. Quicker than a thread here...
 
I'm not finding your transaction under that number... and that's because that's not the transaction number. You paid with echeck, when it cleared for some reason the system didn't auto update.
