Hey,

A friend paid for my membership almost a week ago and I have not had the option to select it. Can you please msg me and help me straighten this out asap.

I'm having the same issues. I paid for a gold membership - but it still just shows me as a registered user??
 
I just fixed it - thanks to a link from another thread in this forum !:)

Edit out transaction number into the first post, it helps find things quicker.

Sorry about the hold-up. Spark has been around but the system has been hit with a couple of problems which takes time to get under control.

You can hit him with a reminder by PM.
 
I will see Spark this afternoon and bring this to his attention, unless there are still issues with the system you should be taken care of by the end of the day.

That doesn't surprise me, there are still unresolved issues going on.

Try sending me an email through the forums and see if that works.
