Hey I renewed my membership on 6-08-16 but still cant change my status

thanks for any help
 
Looks to me like your payment did not go through. How did you pay and did you get a confirmation number?
I edited your thread title to get Spark's attention, since he's the only one who handles payments.

Do you have a second account you use called "NewBob" instead of Newbob71? Because that's the one that bought a membership on the 8th

Just log out of the 71 account and don't worry about it.
