Spark: Not able to leave feedback

This is the second time it's happened to me since the upgrade of the forum software. I suspect that it has something to do with the fact that the deal thread is located in the Canadian Exchange Forum.
The deal threads in question are:

The first time it happened the error stated that the URL for the thread was invalid when in fact it was. The second time it happened there was no error; it just refused to go through.
Feedback is important for the health of the exchange system! Please look into this problem! Thanks

I have had this problem also. In fact, last time I tried, I'm still having it. URL of the sale thread is invalid. Um, no it isn't.

Go to the sales thread. Lower left corner and click on Rate Seller. This should bring you to the iTrader worksheet with the URL already entered. Be sure to fill in EVERY box, including the long form comment.

edit: Ah ha! Herein lies the problem. It seems that the "rate seller" button is missing from the threads in the Canadian Exchange Forum.
