For the last few years I had pretty good experience with BF. I payed my subscription and sold few knives.
Recently I discovered that my regular Platinum membership is not enough for selling anymore. I tried to contact BF in order to pay the difference and upgrade to "knifemaker".
I did not get any response.
So now I see no reason to stay longer than my current subscription.

you need to post in tech support . This was changed awhile back and Spark was changing platinum members to knifemakers when requested .

We have a tech support forum for a reason. When you post this stuff elsewhere, I don't see it. Anyhow, you pay for the appropriate membership and we prorate the previous membership onto the end of the new one.
