That is the knife I sold and shipped, plain and simple, in excellent condition. The buyer received it and was unhappy that the cutting bevel was a little broader on one side, as they even come from the CRK factory sometimes, claiming that the knife was "chisel ground." I offered him a refund less my shipping costs, which is pretty standard with a lot of dealers out there in the world - if you're not happy with your product, ship it back and they charge either a restocking fee or they refund you less their original shipping.
Well, he refused that offer, and instead left me negative feedback. I left him negative feedback in kind, because in my opinion that's bad business - complain about the deal and then don't accept the attempt to make it right. I see that the feedback I have left for him has been removed, so I just want the feedback he left on my profile removed, too, since he wouldn't resolve the issue. With 222 other positive deals, I'd think my reputation counts for something.
