Yesterday I was attacked by a member that was previously banned but managed to sneak back in and leave bogus feedback in my I-Trader.

I have managed to keep a pretty good rep by completing honest sales and trades and would really appreciate if you could help me out here.
I was told that you are the only person that can take off the negative rating and I am asking that you please do so.
