Spark: Rate The Seller

Any reason theirs no rate the seller tab in the for sale kitchen knives section.
Been trying to leave some feedback but not working.

Did you fill in EVERY box? Many people who say they do, leave the large comment box empty.

Yes Sir filled everything in keeps coming up with the errors occurred message.

I had the same problem today. Every time I try to leave feedback it comes back to the input screen with an unspecified error.
