Spark, two members can't change group membership

i paid for my subscription (gold member, paid 10/07/2011, OneStopKnifeShop-order 76826, reference 138460), but i can't change group membership. on the page it says "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join."

could somebody help me, please?

I also paid $50USD as an international order on the 11th 7 days ago.. I've received no reply, no thanks, no writing or anything else as to this payment, and I can also not change subscription. I only Paid out of a generosity after talking to Esav, more than a need.. but the sluggishness of dealing with my money makes me very tempted to file a services not rendered complaint with Paypal..

We all lead busy lives.. I myself work about 70-80 hours a week average yet manage to deal with all my customers within a day.

Spark!! what gives? I hope its a matter of tardiness rather than ill health. ATB.
 
Same here... no idea... hope Spark will fix this soon.

It seems like no-one is home..
I have sent Spark an Email to his Paypal email service account addressing this issue..
I'll give a few more days for a reply before abandoning the exercise and reverting to unpaid member.
 
I just upgraded to gold as well and NO GO ... got the invoice...

OOOPS :o my bad.... finally found the controle panel :o
not at first obvious to a computer illiterate.....
