Spark - unwarranted negative feedback - please remove

I sold a PM2 to a guy ( retired01) , and did not realize that I shipped it with the wrong Spyderco box and paperwork . He contacted me to let me know , and I - that day - looked for the proper paperwork , but couldn't find it . I immediately offered him a full refund + shipping , but he wanted the $$$ BEFORE shipping the knife back to me ! When I tried to explain to him that isn't the way it works , he filed a claim w/Paypal and started a negative feedback thread here ( Very Bad!PaulB63 ) - unjustly accusing me of ripping him off - not to mention THREATENING ME ON TOP OF IT !!!- in another email .

Now , even though he knows he is supposed to be shipping the knife back to me - he has it for sale here !!!! Spyderco Great buy!spyderco pm2 cpm154/s90v for cheap - and AGAIN tries to knock me in the sale post !!!

This should not be allowed to happen !!!!

Please let me know what can be done with this jerk - apparently this isn't the first time he has started trouble .
 
i never accused this m..... of ripping me off,let him show you the mail(s) in which i did!

i wrote Paypal there is no need in sending the knife back for a refund as i sold it with a HUGE loss ($150!!),this is MY knife,i bought it,paid for it (dearly!)

i never threatened him,again,let him show proof of me threatening him!i'm not the person to threatning someone,when i need to hit i hit hard and NOT threaten someone!

this person,paul biasi, call's me name's,let me call him a liar,he did send me a mail as a reply on my mail if the PM2 cpm154/s90v is complete with box and paper and he said YES it's complete that's why i paid for this knife.the knife is mint,but box and paper are from another knife,so is it weird that i feel ripped off?i don't think so!if there is one jerk it's paul biasi,i might be blunt,but i'm a straight forward guy,this can be verified by ALL BF members with who i had a deal,watch my feedback,nuff said.if there's goïng to be consequenses "punnish the person who is a dishonest seller by selling an item that is misrepresented to the buyer.and all there members who have their opinions about me,i couldn't care less,let them hold a mirror in front of their face's!badmouthin' a person is easy WITHOUT them knowing the REAL story.
So,Spark,i hope you let your common sense prevail,and do what you think has to be done.to you Spark,and ALL our straight forward BF members,Respect!BF is like the "outside world", with the usual mix of people,THE GOOD,BAD AND UGLY!

Retired your behavior is impatient and childish. Everyone else can see it. You've handled this situation (and other situations on BF) wrong every step of the way. Maybe you should stop for a second, take a deep breath, and try to look at this from an outside perspective. Your not fooling the members here and you sure as heck are not going to fool the mods. The proper thing to do would be to edit all your posts (here, GBU, and your sales thread) to remove the seller's name (and your bashing of him), ask to have the seller's unwarranted negative feedback removed (as he tried to immediately correct the problem at no cost to you), and if I may be so bold create a thread on the GBU apologizing for your behavior.

I personally love BF and would try my best to not jeopardize my standing or reputation here. I suggest you try to salvage yours. Good luck.

Retired01 has a long history of overacting and acting completely inappropriate in sales transactions.

Retired01 has shown he is a menace on the exchange. Breaking all sorts of rules. Unnecessarily accusing and bashing other members. Poorly communicating. Out right lying. Being completely irrational (wanting a refund before the item is returned, I mean, come on). In the least the negative feedback for the OP should be removed and this menace dinged. IMO BFC does not need members who constantly prove they cannot conduct simple transactions like an adult. How many more people does this guy need to screw over? It would be nice if new or inexperienced buyers and sellers search the GB&U for a user before they do a transaction. The fact is that many don't out of not knowing. The only way to prevent retired01 from getting involved in another poorly handled transaction (on his end) is for him to not be here. Retired01's record speaks to this fact.

And guess what? That is not going to go well for this retired drama queen 👑. This site does not need members who repeatedly act irrationally, lie, create drama, and wrongly attack the character of honest members. The kicker here is the documented multiple occasions of him doing this,.......he is not going to change.

This is like a blueprint of what not to do on Blade Forums. The fear of Spark's wrath* is reason enough to keep people in check, haha. I've only used the exchange once and it went wonderfully smooth. Couldn't be happier with the community here.

His threats to me were that " he would have my bank account shut down & I would be in a lot of trouble " For the umpteenth time , I admitted my mistake , and did the only proper thing I could by offering him a FULL refund w/his shipping $$ .

Everyone knows what's gone on since then .

Just for the record , retired01 , there is no way your threats EVER intimidated me , and as for as hitting hard goes , well my 5 yr old nephew hits harder .....

Nuff nothing. All that shows is that you had great transactions with those people. Good for you, but that is how it should happen. One's character is much more telling in how they handle the not so perfect deals which you have repeatedly mishandled and flew off the rocker, which is evident by the threads about you and that you have started in the GBU.

He offered you an immediate refund which would have settled this whole ordeal. Yet you declined for some reason and then went to tarnish his name and take a loss on the item when you didn't have to. And you want consequences for that guy? Maybe you should hold up that mirror and see if you have ever made a mistake.

Finally, if you are referring to the peanut gallery badmouthing you, all anyone can do is respond to what you present. If you post a thread about an issue that slams the seller and you are looking for advice, wait around for that advice to act. Instead of waiting, YOU CHOSE to not take the refund and post the knife up for sale at a loss. Then you leave the seller a negative feedback after they try to make it right. How else did you expect people to respond when you never come back to "give the real story" and take all those actions right away?
