Spark, upgrade membership help please

Spark; Can you please prorate my gold membership to a craftmen/service providers membership and let me knowm how much I will owe.

What you have to do is purchase the knife makers membership first and then he will prorate what's left of your gold on to that.
 
You should update the title of the thread.
 
You have to change your user group to show the knife maker membership. The top right click settings then on the left hand side click permission groups.
 
prairiedigital, your Knifemaker membership went through. As rycen said, click on Settings at the top right, and then permission groups on the left.

Once you've done that, start a new thread here in Tech Support asking Spark to pro-rate your remaining Gold time to your new Knifemaker membership.
