siru_fuller.jpg

the 20" siru is interesting in that it has a slight fuller running its legnth thats a little to much to be normal for a siru, but not quite enough to be a gelbu special. its also intersting in that the handle bends slightly from the ring to the pommel....

katana_gaurd.jpg

the gaurd on the katana (wich is bueatiful i might add) has a very nice set of dragons on the gaurd

and i have a 20" gelbu special and an ak bowie on the way (when they arrive in the us)

Holy collection Batman! Sweet sword collection. Falcatta...drool. What is the second from the right?

Did I say your collection is beautiful. I meant to.

Seth- outstanding.

Thanks for the eye candy.

Hmm.. Was that the 2nd recent falcata? Sassass snagged the first "new" one... some of the old guard like Nasty (and Ferrous) have the originals....

the patang is a one of a kind treasure also...

Many thanks, Mike

bhutan sword (patang) :D

one of the ones i like best. its rare that you see a sword that feels so functional as a chopping implement. the full two hand grip is awesome as well

now all i need is the ak bowie, the gelbu, a bura saber, a napolean sword, and a 3/4" thick 18" ang khola, and i'll be happy :D

it was the most recent offering of the falcata :)

also wouldnt mind having the original diamond style ycs handle

had to sell everything off but the 18" ang khola (though i liked the 20" siru better, i figured the 18" was more all around use) a while ago due to money problems, but now that im doing better i came on for the first time in a while and saw that.

a good way to start things off :)

Well, I see you have my Attitude, my D-handle and Falcata, but the rest are yours! :D

Very nice collection Seth, and nice pics.

Did you say you had to part with your monster AK's? That is too bad if so, but you have made one hell of a recovery. (-;

ya i did... wish i still had it too....

i may start looking for one again though. i tried to keep this collection within the usable range (though the swords and falcata are kinda on the fringe of that)

i should also mention that the handle on the d-handled khukuri isnt what it was when i got it. im in the process of grinding the top and bottom of the handle to make it less tall, so that the grip is more stable. i like the way it is now though, with the carvings on the flats on.

E-mail sent on the fourth , fifth and second from last ! I also like what appears to be a knife steel . No prices means they are free ? Right ? L:O:L

Nice collection buddy .

im considering rounding out an edge on the triangle steel that came with the ycs. in fact, if i had a grinder i'd round out one of the sides of every chakma i have, but alas, i do not :(

i have a few more interesting ones that will hopefully becoming in the near/possibly distant future. one of wich i've dreamed about since i got my very first HI khukuri :D
