speaking of skirmish

i was surfing around the benchmade website and blackwood is no longer listed as one of their designers and looks like a lot of his knives are limited on the site or not listed. they don't have quite the selection of overpriced handle inlays for the ruckus anymore. and the variants of both his models he did for them seem to be limited. did blackwood and benchmade break-up. i was still praying for a blackwood/benchmade fixed blade too.

Well Disduster, you can get a Blackwood fixed blade from him, which will probably be better (and certainly nicer) than a Benchmade/Blackwood collaboration. ((( )))

The SKirmishes that Neil Blackwood makes in his shop are extra-nice. Very detailed and varying in minor design ways. Nice woods, carbon fibers, and other variances. High-dollar stuff.

i been to his sight once or twice really nice stuff, really nice. but out of my price range. the custom/production make custom design affordable. i would hate to see no more blackwood benchmade.
