Just in case any of you were thinking about this sheath, I figured I’d share my experience.
I recently purchased their short sheath for my BK2.
Here are all of the pieces after I pulled out the kydex insert:
Fyi, the kydex insert has a Velcro piece on the back for retaining it in the sheath. It was a little difficult getting it out.

After the heat gun...
After I heated it, I pressed it between two thick towels. I was very careful with how I pressed it, I wanted it to pinch the spine and not rub the blade. It took a few attempts.
Here's the sheath reassembled:
I like it! The blade is held tightly. It’s a quality sheath and it’s made in America. I finally feel like I’m ready to carry my BK2.
Most importantly, if I could do this, so can you!
