I've had a Spec-Ops Dry-Cell On-Board BDU Cargo Pocket Organizer for a while, and it's a great organizer for a jacket pocket or backpack. I'm about to redesignate some of what I use it for, since I just got its little brother, the Mini Cargo Pocket Organizer, too.

Stuffed, the Mini is about 5" x 7", and it holds a lot. I've got a notepad and schedules on one side, sugar tablets, pens and an X-1, a SAK, and a harmonica on the other. It's already pretty heavy, but it's not quite full yet. It handles all this better than the notebook holder plus Maxpedition M-2 pouch I used before.

I think the Pack-Rat Drop in Organizer is next. I've read a couple of good reviews, and it should hold about everything else in my basic BOB :D

I've been looking at the Spec-Ops stuff myself. Too mny toys, too little $$$. :(

What I really need is a jeans pocket organizer. The Spec-Ops mini is way too big for that and the wallets aren't set up right for what I want to carry.

I have got all three of them, and they are ALL very nice.

My local pharmacy carried zipped leather purses very much like the Mission Wallet, but instead of being 4" x 2.5", they are 5" x 3.5", and they have a small zippered compartment on the front also instead of the Mission's slots. $7.

I use one as my regular wallet now. Perfect in a front pocket or even large buttoned shirt pocket.

I have been using an Eagle Creek zippered wallet for my small stuff. I got it at REI, and it holds most of my EDC items. Here is a link to one that is a bit bigger than mine, but it might work too. Zippered Wallet from REI

In it I carry:

12 feet of 550 cord, daisy chained
2 CR123 batteries for Surefire E2
2 2016 batteries for Photon LED
Small Bic lighter
BSA HotSpark
Spy capsule with Meds
2 safety pins
2 paper clips
Leatherman Micra
Small plastic tube with cotton ball stuffed in it
Tweezers
2 hair ties for my girls (a Dad always has to be prepared)
Bandaids
Small sewing kit

The whole thing is about 3.5" by 4.5" and about .75" thick, it rides in my back pocket next to my Surefire E2. I can carry this in Jeans or Slacks and it just looks like another wallet.

Thanks for link and the list. I live for this stuff. :D

I looked at these wallets a couple days at REI, how do you fit/place all those items in there? I looked a Victronix wallet that was about the size of the one you carry, but couldn't image how you got it all in there??
