The Tgulb fits but the hr2 is to wideIf you get a custom insert, it might fit, or so I’ve been told. Or if you are willing to remold the plastic insert, it might work. I tried mine with the standard insert without reshaping it and it doesn’t fit.
If you have an older model Spec Ops sheath, the insert has a set screw to remove it and you can easily replace the insert w/the knife to double up the sheaths versatility. The later models were either Velcroed in or Hot glued in. IIRC. I think you can even buy extra inserts from Spec-Ops or you used to be able to. I have always custom molded mine with a Heat Gun but am sure the Custom Kydex inserts work great too.
Hope this helps,

I love this ideaJust have the knife. Loving everything about HR2 except maybe the weight. If it isn't as easy as using one for both, I'd just order one for specific knife from the resident sheath makers.
As soon as I decide which of my knifes is going to be carried (as opposed to brought) I was planning on ordering a few from David. I known I'm going to need ones for Urban Grudge, triceratops, SOB. Now just need to pick between b11 and b10 LE (probably LE) and then decide weather to try trading for tac 7 saw, or TGULB, or DS8 if I can score one...
Problem is that's what 5? Getting a bit pricey.

sheath them all LOL except the B10LE sell that one (I do not have it in house)
The Spec Ops is almost Tailor-Made to the TGULB.The Tgulb fits but the hr2 is to wide
The newer model has a removable liner as well. Instead of a screw that uses up sheath real estate, they opted to use Velcro instead (which I think is superior). Stick a ruler or something down the flat side between the sheath and the liner to disengage the Velcro and you can take the liner out easily. If you have an older model Spec Ops sheath, the insert has a set screw to remove it and you can easily replace the insert w/the knife to double up the sheaths versatility. Generic leather sheath for HR2 will take all the TG variants except for PYes, but I don't have TG. I got HR2 was hoping for 1 sheath for 2 knives.

A couple of customers kydex sheath makers on this forum have made them in the past, but I forget who exactly. Just thinking off the top of my head, you can check with David of Buy Brown and Al of AZ Welke. Both are fairly active on this site.Who sells the custom inserts?
Could you make one for the HR2 to fit the spec ops sheath?I have made them but they are almost the same amount of work as a regular sheath so cost about the same.
A black kydex sheath for an HR 2 from me is about 75.00
