Spec Ops sheaths

I was just informed by a friend of mine who sells Spec Ops sheaths that the prices are going up in the next week or so (they are already up at some places). The Combat Master will go from $32 up to $44. There are still places that have them at the old prices, so get 'em while you can!

I just happen to be thinking about placing an order this past weekend. Guess I'd better get it done.
 
That's a hefty price hike.

There's been a lot of talk of inflation and recession.

Just one more sign, I guess.
 
I picked up three of them today. Thanks again for the head's up. :thumbup:

I got two now, one in each size. I say get them while the gettin's good. For me though, I won't buy them over custom stuff in the future at the new inflated prices.:eek:

Me thinks this price increase may not be the best thing for Spec Ops in the long run. Let me think - $44 for the Combat Master (Even more for some of the other styles), or spend about $7 or $8 more and get a custom Semper Paratus Tactical? Kind of a no brainer.
 
one of the guys at HighSpeedGear told me that nylon was a by-product of petroleum when i was bitchin about blackhawks price hike last year,and we all know about the price of petro.
 
Personally, I haven't bot one in well over a year. I prefer the old style better. I dislike that split loop thingy they have. And they mucked up all the MOLLE attachmentability of hte old style. I've got 4-5 of the oldschool ones - I'll keep em.
 
i bought one... and its not that bad. but i wouldnt buy one again. i would support one of the forumites who makes sheaths for the blade you want.
