Sorry if I'm bringing up a topic that has been over done, but I'd like to know about the Wallet JR. Specifically can it be carried in a FRONT pocket and what are its dimensions, Spec-OPS site lists two different sets: one says 4"X4" and the other says 4.125"x4.75"x1.057". Which is correct? I've done a forum search and haven't found the "exact" size. If you guys convince me this wallet is too big for front pocket carry I'm thinking about getting a Maxpedition Urban Wallet which is 4.5" x 3" x 0.75" thick. I've never had a Maxpedition but I've had wallets very similar to it before and like them just fine. I really like the looks of the Spec Ops design but was just curious about the size of the thing. By the way my current wallet is a black leather tri-fold that measures almost exactly 4"X3"X1", I could deal with a little larger but don't want to go much larger, nor do I want any smaller.

I've carried my Wallet JR, in my front pocket, for several years and it's still in good shape. When this one wears out I'm going to get another one. It's big enough to carry everything I need in my wallet but not that big that I can collect to much junk.

i think they are both huge. i wouldnt carry either in my front pocket.

they are both great products, but im a med size guy, and i find them to large for front carry. i have the spec ops wallet, which is also huge, and use it as a note pad carrier for work.

From the posted link I see that the Wallet JR. has something called "Shark Bite" closeing system.....what is that stuff?

The original THE wallet needs to be forced a bit into the rear jeans pocket. This gives you an idea of how big it is! The Jr. model fits just about right. I would/ could not carry either in my front pockets. The "shark bite" thingy is simply a stiff flap of one end that folds under a slot sewn in the body. This replaces the traditional velcro or pull the dot snap closure. THE wallet Jr. is a tough high capacity wallet better than most I' ve used. Well worth the price.

I carry THE Jr in my front left pocket with no problem. The shark bite closure is excellent ie secure and silent(as opposed to noisy velcro, which I hate). This is my favorite wallet of all time.

its acutally not stuff, just a type of closure. there is a flap that folds into a slot on the wallet. there is a tab on the end of the flap that you pull to open it.

I was looking for a good wallet that would carry all the items I want/need (cards, coins, etc.) and I found the large Special Ops T.H.E. Wallet was the one I was looking for. It is well made and LARGE and that's what I wanted. Yes, it is quite sizable but it fits comfortably in my front pocket with my coin purse and my Moto Razr cell. Another reason I like it is that it has a large clear ID window that is situated on the outside of the wallet. I don't need to open my wallet to show my driver's license when needed. The Special Ops wallet also has a limited lifetime warranty.
