Special Daggers

Hi everyone, many years ago I made two special Daggers from 1/2" thick D3 tool steel, each was a little different, I would like to build more of them at some stage possibly with some special laser engraving.

How would you make that? Cnc or stock removal by hand? I have a couple of thick pieces (3/8) that I am going to build something similar with.
