Here is a hunter I did not to long ago. What makes it special is the little antler crown on the back of the stacked leather handle. One of the guys from my sportsmans club wanted a knife made and he asked if I could use some of the antler from the first deer he ever killed(he was 13). He gave me a rough idea of what he wanted and then just let me make the knife. When I handed it to him he smiled and said it was exactly what he wanted. That felt great!
Hand forged 1084, NS guard, SLW handle with some red and black spacers.
Blade is just over 4"
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks for looking.

Mace, The blade is long and thin and the handle matches it perfectly. I like the whole thing.

OK, that said, I gotta ask - you posted that at 6:34 a.m.?!?!?! Is this really Mace? If you're being held hostage against your will and being forced to do unspeakable things that no man should be made to do, like rising before the sun, blink twice. We're here for you, buddy. Oh, the pain you must be going through! I can't stand it. I'm weeping all over my keyboard. Ah! Sparks! Fire! Computer exploding! AAAAhhhhhh........ . . .

Mace that is a sweet little knife.

Burt if it was Mace that early some thing is seriously wrong with him:eek:

I have not heard from Mace, but I was told that Mace is alive and well, and apparently not being forced to rise earlier than normal. He has just extended bedtime by a few minutes and that accounts for the time of the post. This way, he can wake up just in time for dinner.

Oh man...
It's to early to even come up with a whitty retort. I need to go get some coffee...your all bastids!;)

That's a nice little knife and really shows one of the cool aspects of a custom order.
