Special ops for ASH1?

Is there anyway to get the special ops sheath to take the ASH1? Mine off of my CRK Pacific and Neil Roberts are to narrow. The web site says up to 1/4 thick blade. Can the liner (kydex?) be reformed or repleced? If not what are other options without sending the knife off.

Just a word of caution! The liners seem to come in different widths because some of us have easily fit our ASH1s while some others have ended up splitting theirs or never got it to fit. Just F.Y.I.
