I just received my first custom HI order. It's an extra large Pen Knife with oversized karda & chakma and a left hand sheath. Check it out!

Man that is sweet! Bawanna is going to flip his jack when he sees that! They did all kinds of a good job on that one. The wood is very nice. Nice Salyan like butplate, beautiful Karda, but that Chakmak is outragous! Wheres the balance point? Thats definitely a chopper and looks like you could skin a bufffalo with that. Maker?
 
Consider my jack flipped. Sweet Mary and Joseph, that's a beautiful thing. A giant Pen Knife. Who'd a thunk.

My oh my! That's really something.
 
It was made by Lachhu. It has a nice forward balance and is a chopper for sure. At 17.5" and 2.5 pounds it is heavier than my 20" AK.

I would of never thought of asking for a custom like that. But after seeing what phil got - Waow. I really appreciate the beauty of it.

This thing must punch a heck of chopping power!

What do you plan to use it for?

2.5 pounds at 17.5":eek: Man I gotta see a spine shot of that! Must be about 1/2 " thick? Lot of belly there tho. lachhu. That makes sense. He makes a killer AK.

Ndog beat me to it. I was going to say its main purpose will probably be dinosaur skinning, maybe the occasional rhino.

Here are a couple more shots in-hand. You can kind of see the spine size in the one photo. It's a bit under 1/2".

I asked for the chakma to be "ganga ram style."

Just for the record I plumb love that set up to death. I'm hankering for an identical rig. You done awful good son.

I love my normal shall we call it the itty bitty pen knife very much, close to my favorite but that thing....................it sings!
 
Wow, That sure is pretty. And so unique. The whole package is special and the chakma just enhances it perfectly
 
WOW! Just saw this.....nice blade, Phillll. Makes one say, "Bonecutter who?" Lachhu did a great job; very nice work. :thumbup:
 
Anyone but me coming back to this thread over and over again to look at this beautiful thing. My oh My with a spoonful of sweetness. I bet Philllll (5 L's check) is holding it with a smile on his face and a song in his heart as we speak.
 
Nice!!!. My custom KLVUK is enroute. not as beefy as yours but, 12" OAL, 18 oz is still beefy. will post pics when it gets here.
 
Very impressive. I have one of the bigger Pen Knives at 15", but this one is really special. If Lachhu makes more like this, I'd certainly want to buy one.

With that weight and huge belly, this knife is functionally pretty much an axe, but a more convenient size than an axe. It seems too beautiful to actually put to use, but it's just begging to chop something.
