Special Tarwar

hey uncle bill whats the chance of a special tarwar,made or supervised by bura with his markings on it. ???
the special bit comes in here.
i want a tarwar with the blade half the depth of the normal blade,ie from back edge to cutting edge. to make it nice an quick and light,[CONVEX EDGE ],with a one handed , finger grip handle,in horn.
THIS IS TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. AND IS A DEFINITE ORDER PLEASE.

bill must be still recovering from his move ??/ .
this is being ordered by my brother peter, i am a bit worried about the strength in the blade but i suppose it will still be a inch wide .
so should be plenty strong whjat do you,s thimk.
its his first order he likes the idea of the lighter sword .
i assured him if its made by hi it will be fine.

Ken my friend if you want to make a special order from H.I. the correct procedure is to e-mail Bill directly about what you want.
Anything posted here is usually Not recognized as a firm order.

Also special orders have to be pre-paid or at least a portion thereof.

Special orders are often discouraged because of the individual cost.

When an order is broken down by at least 6 units they become more affordable to all.

ok thanks for that yvsa i have emailed bill with the order, i explained to my brother it will take a while,and will be late for christmas.
he thought you just pop into kmart an pick it up maybee.

Ken it really sounds as though a special order Everest Katana might be just the ticket here.
The blade and handle could be shortened to your specs instead of making a whole new unit from scratch.
The Katana blade is pretty much what you've described anyway so shortening the blade and handle shouldn't be that much of a problem.

I have the Tarwar and it stands well by itself. Unless your brother is a man small in stature the Tarwar would be hard to beat and will be stronger besides IMO.
The two handed grip is super and much superior to a single hand grip.
However I can handle the Tarwar single handed just fine although it's slower than using it two handed.
