I'm a hard customer to deal with and I know it. I often get paranoid and gripey first and ask questions later. I had my panties in a bunch about a couple of perceived issues and Jerry took the time to personally educate me and make sure I was a happy. I know he by no means needed to make sure one lone person, a particularly hardheaded one at that, stayed loyal, there is a big enough following that he could afford to lose my business. So I just wanted to say thanks Jerry, it means a lot to me that you took the time and treated me well, even though I was pretty harsh initially.

Even though he's the head of a rather large entity, he's still humble enough to take the time and make sure every individual customer is happy, something that is pretty damn rare.

Jerry rocks!

Guess this is one of the big reasons why Busse Combat is my go to place for knives !!!!!! :thumbup:
 
And people wonder why there are so many of us screaming "Take my money!!!" :D
Everyone I've had the pleasure to deal with at Busse always takes the time to make it right, even if its a stoopid noob (me) asking a stoopid question!!!

I think the two greatest persons at this time in the community is Jerry and Ethan Becker...
You have an issue or question, the man himself chime in and take care of you, that is commitment and customer service at it's best if you ask me...
