Specialty engraving on knives?

I have a modest collection of CASE knives. I am always looking for a good bargain on a CASE Knife. I recently purchased a new CASE Muskrat knive that had specialty engraving on the blades. One blade has " CO-OP and Case". The other blade has " support 4H and agricultral FAA". My question "Is specialty engraving on any knife a turn off or does it make the knife "extra" special" ?

I think that would be more of a personal choice....and for me would depend on the engraving.
(ie I wouldn't mind a 4H blade as I was in 4H when I was a kid.)

I have a few SAKs that have company names on them and I don't know what those companies are (and don't much care either way). so for me it's also not a turn off if the engraving doesn't "mean" anything to me either.
