Used, in good shape, with Nylon blade cover, as reviewed here. There is rust on the exposed cutting edge that will sharpen right off of there; the knife has its factory edge and was used in testing for the review. As far as I know the company no longer exists.

I'm going to offer this for 40 USD, but no reasonable offer will be refused.
