Speed Safe Lock

Out of the four Kershaw knives I have with speed safe, only the Leek has a lock. I was wondering if the Leek was prone to accidental opening and that was the reason.

Anyone care to chime in on this?

BTW, none of these knives has ever opened accidentally.

I strongly doubt such scenario. No knife company would allow an unsafe/flaky model out of R&D lab until all kinks are worked out.

BTW, Leek is not the only speed-safe Kershaw with a safety feature. Speed Bumps use a slightly different system, and Mini Mojito has a safety built into blade itself.
