Speed Sleaves?

I've tried to find a set of speed sleaves for my sharpmaker --- had it for MANY years and it has sharpened a lot of knives. Unfortunately, I've worn the diamond coated sleaves to the point they're almost smooth. Are these still produced? Know any sources for replacements??

Hi Knife. We stopped making the sleeves several years ago. We are currently tryng to produce a diamond triangle to replace the sleeve.

Here in Australia we can get the diamond coating replaced.I'm sure there is someone there who could do the same.At least they'd be functional till Sal gets the new ones finalised.
