Just found and ordered an original Speedform 3500 from a website that showed it to be in stock and available to ship, for $120 shipped. Best thing is , it was pay-pal and via credit card, so I have 2 means of recourse if they try to screw me over. Freakin' amped up over this!!!
If you want the website, pm me as I am not getting nailed for deal spotting.
 
3500 would be the speedform, 3550 would be speedform II. Maybe post a picture of the knife.

Yeah really,hoping this is for real, Dave and I are trying to see if it's legit or not come Monday. He's gonna call and I have a call in already.

If it is a Speedform 2 I'll be in contact with Paypal as well as the seller.

Update, talked to the salesman today, he said "This was a limited edition and we are now out of them, all we had left are now being shipped, check back next week if you want to see if we got more in" I asked to verify that my order had been processed, but the transfer ended up in a voicemail. I'm hoping this went well, but I have my doubts. I guess we will see. On the bright side my 2 Elmax mules are on their way with any luck, and I have a Speedform 2 waiting at home so I can try out this "Elmax" wonder steel, even if I don't get the Speedform.
 
My 551 is Elmax and so far I don't see how it is so awesome. They say it is hard for edge retention and super sharp but in the rope test it dulled worse than S30v.

It came out of the box hair popping sharp. I will have to see how long it keeps that. I hope it is a super steel but also hope I can touch up the edge when and if it needs it myself. My sebenza is S60 and I have a terrible time keeping that one sharp.

What does your order say on their website? Mine says awaiting fulfillment.
 
been looking, have not been able to check into it as far as I'd like, about to go on days off so I'll bombard them with emails and phone calls. Like Richard J, I have unlimited long distance anywhere in the US and am not afraid to use it. LOL
