I was fortunate to spend some time with Mike Bainton-World Champion. This guy is the real deal. He has really done the things that Chuck Norris does in his movies. He is also in the Martial Arts Hall Of Fame. He throws a 24" long, 3 Lb. Bowie.
He came to the World Championship Of Cowboy Action Shooting last week. I was there competing in the shooting and got to spend a few days with him.
What a true gentleman. We did some some throwing and he did some teaching. I feel better about my throwing. If you get the chance to take lessons from Mike- do it!
