Hey Everybody.....
I will be attending the SPIRIT OF STEEL knife show in Knoxville this weekend.....I will be doing a Kitchen knife seminar---what to look for and why ---How to use----Safety--- Cutting and prep demo------...It will be sometime on saturday ......Check the sched when you get there.....Should be a GREAT time....Lots of quality makers and a fair number of factory booths.....LOTS of KNIVES......YEAH....I will be circulating and oogling the merchandise....If you see me please stop to say hi.......
