split arrow clip / standard clip...interchangeable?

Just like the title says. I want to replace the clip on my 530 with a standard one and I am wondering if it will fit. Also, do they still make the black oxide clips, or are there just the black painted ones? Thanks.

They are interchangeable without any issues. May need to bend it to get the clip where you like it as far as tension on your pocket.

As for finish, can't help there. Dunno.

Black oxide standard and split arrow clips are an option on their customizing pages, so it looks like they still make them.

They still make them and they will send it to you free of charge if you email a request to their warranty/repair department. They will need to know which model you have because they always include the proper size screws with the clip. The latest black oxide clips I've received have had a smoother finish, not the really dull, sand-blasted finish that I used to get. I usually give them a rubbing with metal polish just to smooth out the finish without totally removing the black. The old ones look like dark pewter; the new ones look like black chrome.
