Split off: Membership Levels

As a dealer you must post in the Dealer forum.
 
You need to specify that in your post. Do you hold both memberships?
 
Here's the problem with that. When you switch memberships between the two the one you are currently using shows up globally. If you switch to Gold and then post in the Dealer Forum you show up as Gold...NOT Green. Same goes for the opposite, switch to Green and you post in the Individual Exchange you show up as Green. The system does not make a distinction between to the two depending on where you post. I suggest that if you are going to sell as an individual that you state that CLEARLY in the post to avoid any confusion. Also, your wording stating that "will offer free shipping" is misleading as it suggests that you are selling as a dealer. I will move this post back to the Individual Forum but you need to edit the original post to state it is a personal item you are selling. I will also split off this chatter to Tech Support and give you a clear post.

i was told that if i wanted to sell multiple knives of the same kind, then i would need a dealer membership.


i had multiple knives that i bought to give away as gifts but never gave them away and started selling them online to get my funds back.
because i sold multiples, i was told to get the dealer membership....so i did.
