I have seen a movie last night, where one of the main characters owned a knife that can be splited up. I have searcherd for one like this on internet, is very similar with butterfly swords but this one split's. The movie is called "The Schytian".

I can think of a dagger splitting up to front and back parts to be two single edged knives.
Can't imagine a knife which splits up at the edge while keeping both edges sharp.
But I would be happy to see a Medford knife to be split that way :)

I've never heard of such a thing, but I suppose if you had two chisel ground blades, each with the bevel on the opposing side, both edges could be sharp. But I think it would be difficult to mate them closely enough that they would form an actual single edge when mated together.

However, I see no usefulness to such a design aside from being a curiosity.

I've seen something like that is several old corny martial arts movies with dubbed in stilted English .

A trick secret weapon type sword that appeared normal until at some critical point in the dueling / fight , could surprisingly be turned into two separate swords and used to turn the tide of battle . But there were all kinds of weird weapons in those movies , so I've no idea of how real it could be . :)

The old chinese martial arts flicks had numerous variations on the concealed/multiple weapon gimmick, some more believable than others. The "break into 2" trope was one of the more common ones, with the side-by-side ones from the real world (butterfly swords and paired jian), front-to-back like the OPs, and ones where various bits came off. Super Ninjas by the Shaw Brothers comes to mind, as does a Jet Li movie where he had a spear that had more functions than a Leatherman and would have required Bond's Q to develop. I can see how the OP knife could be done with some creative hilting or maybe offsetting the tang, but it would be a novelty item and hard to find. It might be more productive to see if anyone is selling or displaying the props from the movie, and judging by the stills from imgur you would search for the the tags "screen used hero knife."

Come or take apart shears
is about as novel an edc i would go,
as a sword plainly won't fit pockets easy.
