SPOLIER ALERT!!!! Emerson in American Sniper

I am about 95% sure that Bradley Cooper (Chris Kyle) has a emerson CQC-12hd in his pocket at the end of the movie. pay attention anyone know 100% if im right.
 
You know we saw that too. The clip looked right but the knife seemed big and squared off. We did send them knives so....

CQC-12HD?
 
I believe the "SNIPER" flick opens tomarrow, correct me if I am incorrect. BTW I plan I going to see it in a few weeks when th lines get short.
 
I saw the screener up here in Toronto. I knew it looked familiar during the "scene"
 
I saw it last weekend (DFW had several theatres get it early for obvious reasons), very good but also sad film, I highly recommend it. As to the Emerson, I totally missed that but I did read somewhere that the real Chris Kyle was working on a design with Ernie Emerson at the time he was murdered.
 
Great movie, just got back from it. Immediately recognized what looked like a CQC-12 HD.
 
Well I went to see the movie today, and maybe it is just me. But I could not tell anything about the knife, or clip in question. Hats off to Clink Eastwood, and the other who broght the story of this unique person to the big screeen.


If you have the price of admission, do sping for it on the big screen.
 
Funny that this thread is here. My old roommate of three years was the cowboy who taught Cooper all the horse stuff and doubled as his stunt double for some scenes. Anyways, he texted me the other day asking about a first Emerson.
 
I caught that one. Wasn't sure of the particular model knife, but the clip looked familiar.
