Spontoon Tomahawk......

My first attempt at doing this style tomahawk, the next one will be a smoker. What do you think? The head started out as a 7/8" square bar of 1080 and now its a 9 1/4" Spontoon hawk head. I'll get the pins in later, got to get my taxes together now......

I like it, but it almost seems unbalanced when there is only one side to the head.

Keith, It really isn't any different than a regular ax. I tested it yesterday on a few hay bales. That hawk is really wicked, finally figured what the curley things are for, up until using it I thought they were just decorations but there actually stops....

I am sure it feels fine Ray, it is just that I have no experience with a hawk like this and it looks a little odd to me. I would have to handle one to get a feel for it.
