Spoon I made

So a few weeks ago I went on a fishing trip with some college buddies. Don't have many pictures, but I did take this one. It's my first spoon.

I made the rough shape with the BK2, and ended up finishing it with the Mora.
The dirt on the sheath of the BK2 is from being stupid. The ground was very soft, it had rained for a few days prior to us getting to the camp site. The dirt on the back is from me using the back of the BK as a hammer for stakes and missing a couple times. Retrospect, I probably could have just jammed them in with my foot, but I was looking for an excuse to use the BK2.

I love seeing stuff like this. Before I ever realized I was a knife nut, I carved a pipe out of a piece of cedar laying in my father in laws front yard for no other reason than I had nothing better to do, it was a masterpiece. I couldn't make another one if I tried as good as that one. Still have it 15 years later, I'll have to try to find it and maybe even take some pics!...............cool project!

That Mora came to me all kinds of rusted, but I can't complain too much, it was free.
