Guy at work has been asking me a question now and then about knives. I've been explaining why some people think they're interesting because of all the different types, steels, handle materials, blade shapes and all the other stuff most of us find interesting.
Anyway, he brought in his fish filleting knife, (he's pretty keen on fishing), and his Leatherman and asked me to sharpen them. I got them shaving sharp and he started asking about sharpening. I showed him my Sharpmaker and he was pretty impressed.
He came into work yesterday and announced he had bought a Sharpmaker.
Poor bugger is on the road to ruin ....
