Spring assisted in OH?

Okay, so i just created my Blade forums account this week for the reason of asking questions i couldn't find a direct answer to from the Gods of Google. Next question, has anyone in ohio had any legal trouble with spring-assisted knives (like the SOG Flash I). I carry knives as utilities and don't want legal trouble. Thanks in advance!

As long as the officer in question believes it's a utility knife you should be fine. Laws here are lenient on the surface, but vaguely worded so as to make it a judgement call on the part of the police. I train with a number of LEOs and none of them would blink at AO, so I would think you would be okay.
