Spring at the RTDTB compound..

I took a brief walk around the property today just to take a break from the office..and found this little guy all nestled in the tall grass by my Barn..

I've seen deer along the bike path early in the morning on the way to work in the past couple of weeks.

In another wildlife encounter, today a goose attacked me while I was riding my bicycle to work. I've had them run at me and try to peck me numerous times in the past. This one actually took wing and flew at me. He hit the bike, not me. Anyway, they're protecting their young.

I have hit two deers in cars and one on a motorcycle...even with that I would have to say he is cute. However if you put a tracking collar on him now you can prevent a car/deer accident next year when deer season rolls around...lol.
